Staying Fit and Strong for adults

With the use of our bodyweight, this class will focus on our overall health building our strength, improving balance, mobility, and increasing our endurance. We recommend you bring: Light hand weights (3-5 lbs.), 1 or 2 resistance tubes, 1 to 3 mini ankle loop bands, and a water bottle.
