Art Talk: Norman Rockwell presented by Thomas Germano
Norman Rockwell was a celebrated American painter and illustrator known for his folksy depictions of American life. For five decades, his cover illustrations for the Saturday Evening Post and calendars for the Boy Scouts of America made him a household name. He was a visual storyteller who used humor and caricature to capture the American dream, and he also addressed important social issues of his time, from civil rights to poverty.
